I am a licensed clinical social worker, and I am Board certified at the highest level. I
have been in private practice: counseling with, adults, couples, families,
adolescents, and young children, for over 20 years. During my many years of
experience, I have learned a multitude of counseling techniques, which I custom fit
to each one of my patients. While my approach is based in many researched
techniques, my style is down to earth and problem solving. Furthermore, being a
Certified addictions counselor, I am able to assess and treat people who have
addiction or substance abuse problems. During my first contact with a new client, I
will provide you with an opportunity to obtain a greater understanding of the goals
that you would like to reach. Sometimes one session is enough, but with more
sessions we can go further and develop a deeper understanding of how you can
make your life the way you would like to be
