Telephone Counseling Fee: The rate for telephone counseling is
$45.00 for a 30 minute session; $90.00 for a 50 Minute Hour;
and $135.00 for a 75 Minute Session. Please pre-pay for your
session, and then fill out the Telephone Counseling Intake Form.
Email Therapy Fee: We offer 1 Email Exchange or Fee for
Monthly eTherapy for 30 days (up to 28 emails).
One Email Therapy Exchange: $25.00
Monthly Rate: $200.00 for unlimited emails for a month.
Please pre-pay for your email therapy session and then fill out
the Email Therapy Intake Form.
Chat Therapy Session: We offer 30 minute sessions for $45.00.
The Chat session is conducted in a secure
video-webconferencing room which is secure and HIPPA
compliant. Please pre-pay for your session, and then fill out the
Chat Therapy Intake Form.
Video Counseling Session: We offer video counseling sessions
via a secure video-webconferencing session. You will need to
have a webcam. a 50 Minute Video Counseling Session fee is
$90.00. Please pre-pay for your session now, and then fill out
the Video Counseling Intake Form,
Referral & Coordination of Care: Speciality referrals and
coordination of care fees follow the same structure.
Employee Assistance Programs: You may want to contact your
employers EAP Organization to determine if they contract with
our site to provide telephone counseling and e-therapy services
for their covered members. If our site is a provider, you will be
able to receive free EAP sessions by contacting your companies
EAP organization, and obtaining an authorization number.
We will then bill for our services through your EAP company at
their contracted rate plus any necessary technology charges.
EAP organizations are welcome to contact the site to make
necessary arrangements for their members. Many of our
clinicians are already credentialed through EAP organizations.
However, the services would be provided through Counseling
Wellness Therapy (CWT), and CWT would reimburse our
providers.
Insurance Reimbursement: Most insurance companies are not
currently reimbursing for Telephone Counseling. We would be
happy to provide you with a receipt that you may provide to your
insurance company. If you require insurance reimbursement
paperwork, please contact us.
Health Care Reimbursement Accounts: If your employer offers
a health care reimbursement account, you may be able to get
reimbursed for your counseling sessions. We can provide you
with a receipt for your session.
